How do I update my contact information?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Edit your name, email address or phone number in the Profile section and click on the blue button at the bottom of the same section that says “save”.

How do I update my shipping address and/or billing details?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Scroll to the Shipping Address section.
Edit your shipping address and then click save at the bottom of the same section.

SUBSCRIPTION

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Select Subscriptions on the left section
Select Manage from the subscription you wish to cancel
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the grey “Cancel Subscription” button
You will receive a confirmation email confirming you’ve cancelled your subscription

How do I update my shipping address and/or billing details?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Select Subscriptions on the left section
Select Manage from the subscription you wish to update
Scroll down to the “Shipping address” section and click Update
Update the information on the pop-up and click on the blue “Update address” button

How do I change my delivery date?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Select Subscriptions on the left section
Select Manage from the subscription you wish to update
Scroll down to the “Order schedule” section and click Update
Update the date on the pop-up and click on the blue “Update delivery schedule” button

How do I skip a delivery for a product in my subscription?

Click on “Account” icon at the top of the page or go here
Select Subscriptions on the left section
Select Manage from the subscription you wish to update
Click the grey button titled, “Skip next order” to the right of “Manage Subscription”
Press the blue button on the pop-up titled, “Skip it” to confirm

Is there a bundling discount?

Yes, all customers (including existing subscribers!) receive a 10% discount when they bundle 3 or more products.

Do you store my credit card information?

Yes. However, we value customer safety, security, and privacy so you can be certain that our payment system is very secure.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you an email before we charge you and ship out your next order and we'll send a follow-up email with your tracking link after the order has been shipped.

Are your products free from artificial flavors?

Yes, all Earth’s Splendor products are free from any added artificial flavors and contain no added sodium.

Are Earth’s Splendor products Gluten Free?

Yes, all Earth’s Splendor products are gluten free.

Do your products contain any allergens?

All Earth’s Splendor products are free from: Wheat, Milk, Lactose, Egg, Peanut, Fish/Shellfish, Sesame Gluten, and Yeast.

Where are Earth’s Splendor products made?

Earth’s Splendor products are manufactured in the USA, using domestic and imported ingredients, in a state-of-the-art facility located in Long Island, NY with certified Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP.
